Safe Guarding & Child Protection

Zebras Children And Adults Charity believes that a child , young person or Adult with Disabilities should never experience abuse of any kind. We have a responsibility to promote the welfare of all children and young people and keep them safe.

We are committed to practice in a way that protects them. We work with multi agencies to carry out this practice, namely Social services, Metropolitan Police and the NSPCC. 

To adhere to these commitments we as an organisation have taken the relevant safety precautions that are regulated for our organisations needs. Our Child Protection and Safeguarding policies and procedures can be viewed at any time and applies to all staff , including senior managers and board of trustees, committee members, volunteers, students or anyone working on behalf of Zebras  Children And Adults Charity.

We are committed to reviewing our policy and good practice annually. 

Health & Safety

Zebras Childrens And Adults Charity is committed to arranging the necessary provisions to ensure the safety of employees, volunteers, children and families/Carers, Adults with Disabilities .

Being guided by Legislative frameworks, completing risk assessment forms and possessing a Accident and prevention plan and Accident report forms. 

Information & disclaimer

Zebras Children And Adults Charities recreational clubs aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for every child and young person and Adult with Disabilities , therefore before any child can attend our club Parents/Carers/Guardians must fill out and sign our information & Disclaimer Form. Permission for  Adults with Disabilities will be sought via Parents, Key Workers, Care coordinators, Carers and a Health form is given where necessary.
