Zebras Christmas Market (Stall Hire)


Stall fees MUST be paid with booking form. Payment on the day cannot be accepted.

The fee of £20 is a flat fee, no % of sales will be needed, traders can keep what they make on the day.

We are not holding a raffle ( as the event is held within a Church Hall) so there is no need to offer a donation prize thank you.

No alcohol is to be sold.

Stall Setup:

All Stall holders must arrange their own stalls and exhibits within the space allocated to them by 09.00am. The stall should not be dismantled before the end of the event at 12pm.

Please ensure that you clear away all of your equipment and your area is left clean and tidy.

Cancellation by the Trader: If the trader cancels their space allocation at the event after payment has been made there will be no refund made to the Trader

All proceeds including stall payments will be contributing to total funds raised for Zebras Children and Adults Charity & The Community of Christ Church.
